Research Trainee (Analytical Science)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct stability studies for oral care, personal care, and home care formulations
• Manage stability chambers, inventory, and documentation as per ALCOA and cGMP practices
• Perform daily monitoring of laboratory and chamber temperatures
• Verify and calibrate basic analytical instruments
• Conduct raw material analysis (chemical and physical parameters)
• Perform water testing and coordinate with third-party laboratories
• Maintain structured laboratory documentation aligned with quality standards
• Support R&D analytical operations while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance

Qualification
• M.Sc in Analytical Chemistry or Inorganic Chemistry

Experience
• Freshers eligible
• Basic exposure to analytical laboratory practices preferred

Skills
• Strong fundamentals in chemistry and analytical instrumentation
• Understanding of stability testing and quality documentation systems
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Good documentation and data recording skills
• Attention to detail and compliance-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in cross-functional R&D environments

Skills
• Hands-on experience in analytical methodologies and stability protocols
• Exposure to integrated R&D operations across quality and microbiology teams
• Practical application of problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Training in global quality systems and laboratory safety standards
• Experience in compliance-driven FMCG and consumer healthcare R&D environment
