Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct research and design experiments for product development (PD) projects
• Perform literature search and feasibility studies for new product development
• Handle raw material evaluation and selection for formulation/process development
• Develop and optimize analytical methods as per project requirements
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and experimental records
• Prepare technical reports and support scale-up activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP and laboratory safety standards

Qualification
• M.Sc/ B.Pharm

Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in Product Development (PD) / R&D
• Experience in raw material evaluation, research execution, and analytical methods

Skills
• Strong knowledge of research methodology and experimental design
• Experience in literature review and data interpretation
• Hands-on exposure to analytical techniques and laboratory instruments
• Good documentation and reporting skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a research environment
