Roles & Responsibilities

• Independently perform analytical method development and validation for peptide molecules
• Execute and support analytical method transfer activities to manufacturing plants
• Prepare and review validation protocols, validation reports, specifications, and STPs/MOAs
• Operate and troubleshoot analytical instruments including HPLC, GC, and GC–Headspace
• Work with Amino Acid Analyzer for peptide analysis
• Conduct instrument calibration and maintain calibration schedules as per calibration planner
• Provide technical support during customer audits, project meetings, and technical discussions
• Mentor and guide a team of 2–3 analytical team members
• Ensure strict adherence to GLP, safety practices, and departmental systems
• Complete assigned activities within defined timelines with high quality standards

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or a related discipline

Experience

• Proven experience in analytical method development and validation for peptide molecules
• Prior exposure to method transfer and customer-facing technical discussions preferred

Skills

• Strong expertise in peptide analytical development
• Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, and GC–Headspace
• Working knowledge of Amino Acid Analyzer
• Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
• Ability to lead, mentor, and work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder interactions
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and compliance
