Research Project Manager (Clinical Research)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical research projects
• Ensure studies are conducted in compliance with GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate with investigators, sponsors, CROs, and ethics committees
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Supervise clinical research staff and allocate project responsibilities
• Monitor data quality, safety reporting, and regulatory submissions
• Ensure audit and inspection readiness for ongoing projects
• Prepare project reports and provide updates to senior management

Qualification
• Postgraduate degree with PG Diploma in Clinical Research

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical research
• Mandatory experience as Research Project Manager

Age Limit
• Minimum: 21 years
• Maximum: 50 years

Skills
• Strong knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines
• Project management and leadership skills
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities
• Effective stakeholder communication and coordination
• Time management and problem-solving capabilities
