Research Associate SLR/HEOR

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct Systematic Literature Reviews (SLRs) in accordance with PRISMA guidelines
• Screen and critically review clinical trials and real-world evidence studies
• Extract and structure data for evidence synthesis and reporting
• Support meta-analysis, network meta-analysis (NMA), and indirect treatment comparisons (ITCs)
• Assist in economic modeling support and preparation of evidence summaries
• Maintain documentation aligned with Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions
• Contribute to high-quality client deliverables, technical reports, and value communication materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional HEOR and consulting teams

Qualification
• PharmD (Doctor of Pharmacy) / M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)
• M.Sc (Life Sciences)
• MPH / Health Economics
• Background in Clinical Research, Biostatistics, or related healthcare domain preferred

Experience
• Experience in Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methodology
• Exposure to Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR)
• Understanding of meta-analysis and quantitative evidence synthesis
• Familiarity with HTA frameworks (NICE, CADTH, PBAC preferred)

Skills
• Strong analytical and academic writing skills
• Knowledge of evidence synthesis methodologies and documentation standards
• Ability to support economic modeling projects
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote, cross-functional team environment
