Research Associate - R&D

Roles & Responsibilities
• Conduct research activities and design experiments for product development projects
• Perform literature search and feasibility studies for new development initiatives
• Evaluate and handle raw materials for research and formulation/process development
• Develop and support analytical method development and optimization
• Maintain laboratory notebooks and ensure accurate documentation of experimental data
• Prepare technical reports and assist in technology transfer/scale-up activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and laboratory safety standards

Qualification
• M.Sc/ B.Pharm

Experience
• 3–6 years of experience in R&D / Product Development
• Experience in raw material evaluation, experimental research, and analytical methods

Skills
• Strong understanding of research methodology and experimental design
• Hands-on exposure to analytical techniques and laboratory instruments
• Good literature review and data interpretation skills
• Strong documentation and reporting abilities
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented research environment
