Removable Dental Technician

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Fabricate custom-made removable dental prosthetics, including complete and partial dentures, based on dentist prescriptions
• Modify existing dentures and removable appliances to ensure optimal fit, function, and aesthetics
• Repair and maintain removable dental prosthetics to meet patient needs
• Follow work instructions accurately and interpret dental prescriptions
• Ensure consistent quality standards in all prosthetic work
• Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Qualifications:
• Current 3rd Year Apprentice status or a recognised qualification in Dental Technology

Experience:
• Hands-on experience in removable prosthetics, including set-ups, processing, finishing, and polishing preferred

Skills:
• Solid understanding of occlusion, anatomy, and denture function
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
• Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to follow prescriptions accurately
• Proactive attitude with willingness to learn and improve techniques
• Good communication skills and strong work ethic
• Positive, reliable, and professional approach to work
