Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to dental practitioners, including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, data entry, and documentation management
• Verify patient insurance and eligibility for treatments
• Check pending treatment plans and assist in accounts and EOBs management
• Suggest strategies to generate additional revenue for the clinic
• Manage patient records and office coordination efficiently
• Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and internal teams
• Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth back-office operations
• Maintain accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality in all administrative tasks
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required; BDS or similar dental qualification is a plus
• Freshers or 1–3 years of experience in customer interaction, administration, or healthcare support
Skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
