Remote Dental Assistance
About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support including appointment scheduling, record-keeping, and data entry
• Verify patient insurance details and eligibility for appointment dates of service
• Check pending treatment plans and coordinate accordingly
• Handle accounts and EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
• Assist in generating additional revenue opportunities for clinics
• Manage patient records, scheduling, and office coordination
• Communicate effectively with doctors and internal team members
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless back-end operations
Qualification:
• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or similar dental qualification preferred
Experience:
• Freshers to 2–3 years of experience in customer interaction roles
• Experience in healthcare or service-oriented industries preferred
Skills:
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Data entry and administrative skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and in a team
