Regulatory Operations Publishing Hub Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage regulatory innovation and compliance activities for assigned projects
• Interpret and implement global regulatory guidelines and ensure adherence to applicable legislation
• Provide regulatory input during product development and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, commercial, and supply functions
• Engage with trade associations to support and influence regulatory strategies
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely communication and implementation
• Support documentation, submissions, and regulatory approvals as required
• Contribute to intellectual property discussions and innovative regulatory workflows
• Ensure completion of assigned regulatory tasks efficiently and within timelines

Qualification:
• Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)

Experience:
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Regulatory Affairs
• Experience in FMCG and/or Pharmaceutical regulatory environment
• Exposure to product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance processes

Skills:
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and global compliance requirements
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Analytical thinking with objective decision-making ability
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management and intellectual property processes
• Ability to drive improvements and challenge existing processes
