• Inpatient / Acute-care nursing role

Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration, wound care, IV therapy, and hygiene support
• Monitor vital signs and patient progress
• Document all nursing interventions in EMR / clinical records
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and allied healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Valid NHRA license or DataFlow eligibility
• BLS certification (mandatory)
• ACLS / PALS preferred depending on unit
Educational Requirements:
• Recognized nursing degree
• Active or eligible NHRA registration
Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 3–5 years of inpatient / acute-care nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment skills
• Proficiency in EMR documentation
• Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
