Registered Nurse - Mental Health

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide mental health nursing care aligned with patient-centred care principles
• Support patients with mental health conditions through assessment, care planning, and monitoring
• Administer medications and therapeutic interventions as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
• Engage with patients, families, and communities to support recovery and wellbeing
• Contribute to community engagement and CSR-aligned healthcare initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary mental health teams to deliver holistic care
• Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines

Qualification
• Recognised nursing qualification (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
• Relevant nursing licensure as per UAE regulatory requirements

Experience
• 1 to 7 years of nursing experience
• Experience in mental health or community-based care preferred

• Mental health nursing and patient support skills
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Community engagement and social responsibility awareness
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
