Registered Nurse - Endoscopy

Roles & Responsibilities
• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and supportive nursing care to adult and paediatric patients in the Endoscopy Unit
• Assist physicians during endoscopic procedures for inpatients and outpatients
• Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-procedure monitoring and care
• Handle and assist in gastrointestinal and pulmonary diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
• Maintain patient safety, infection control, and clinical documentation standards
• Operate and assist with endoscopy equipment and ensure proper sterilisation protocols
• Support multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow within the endoscopy unit

Qualification
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Experience
• Minimum 2–7 years of current clinical nursing experience post licensure/registration
• Prior experience in endoscopy or procedure-based units preferred

Skills
• Strong clinical nursing and patient care skills
• Experience assisting in endoscopic and diagnostic procedures
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Good communication and patient-handling skills
