Role & Responsibilities:
• Lead, manage, and motivate a regional sales team to achieve and exceed assigned business targets
• Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Drive market penetration, customer conversion, and brand visibility across assigned territories
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and take corrective actions as required
• Ensure consistent execution of promotional strategies and compliance with company guidelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders
• Coach, train, and develop team members to enhance productivity and performance
• Handle regional challenges proactively and provide effective problem-solving support
• Support business growth through effective territory planning and resource utilization
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Management, or a related discipline- preferred
Experience:
• 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on sales or marketing
• Experience in managing teams or aspiring ABMs with strong conversion and performance records
• Senior ABM candidates with relevant experience may also apply
• Minimum two years of consistency in the current or previous organization is required
Skills:
• Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute regional sales plans
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing sales data and market trends
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience in Gynecology products is an added advantage
