About the Role & Responsibilities

• Lead regional medical and scientific affairs activities
• Engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Deliver scientific presentations and manage digital engagement platforms
• Conduct joint field work and provide field force training
• Handle MIS reporting, medical queries, and regulatory compliance
• Support medico-marketing initiatives and brand strategy execution

Qualification

• MD / MBBS

Skills

• Strong scientific communication and presentation skills
• Regional medical affairs leadership
• Medico-marketing strategy understanding
• Field training and stakeholder management
• Documentation, MIS, and compliance knowledge

Experience

• 3–5 years regional / medico-marketing experience
• Pharma or nutrition industry experience required

Salary

• ₹5 – ₹10 LPA
