About Role & Responsibilities

• Act as Regional Medical Advisor (RMA) for Oncology therapy area
• Execute medical affairs strategy aligned with national and global medical plans
• Engage in scientific exchange with Oncologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
• Provide accurate, balanced, non-promotional scientific information on oncology products
• Conduct CMEs, advisory boards, scientific meetings, and virtual engagements
• Gather field insights and communicate actionable medical intelligence to internal teams
• Support evidence generation activities including IIS, RWE, and publications
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and PV teams
• Ensure compliance with pharmacovigilance, GxP, company SOPs, and ethical standards

Qualification

• MBBS
• OR MD Pharmacology

Skills

• Strong interest and foundational knowledge in Oncology
• Excellent communication and scientific presentation skills
• Ability to build professional relationships with HCPs and KOLs
• Analytical thinking and insight generation capability
• Understanding of pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance

Experience

• 0–1 year experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or related medical roles
• Fresh MD Pharmacology candidates are eligible
