About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Act as a scientific bridge between medical science and commercial teams within the assigned region
• Build, develop, and manage strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and HCPs
• Organize, lead, and participate in advisory boards and medical education programs
• Gather actionable medical insights and competitive intelligence from the field
• Provide scientific and medical support to Sales, Marketing, and other internal stakeholders
• Handle and respond to medical and scientific inquiries in a compliant manner
• Collaborate with Head Office Medical Affairs team and align with strategic objectives
• Ensure compliance with UCPMP and internal medical governance standards
• Support Real World Evidence (RWE) initiatives, post-marketing surveillance studies, IIS, and other research activities as applicable
Qualification
• BDS / MBBS / MD (Pharmacology) / MDS / Doctor of Pharmacy
Experience
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Medical Affairs or related pharmaceutical roles
Skills
• Strong scientific knowledge in cardio–renal–metabolic therapy areas
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to generate medical insights and support evidence-based decision making
• High compliance orientation and understanding of pharma codes and regulations
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
