Regional Medical Advisor (RMA)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Build and manage KOL (Key Opinion Leader) and HCP (Healthcare Professional) relationships
• Organize, lead, and participate in advisory boards and medical education events
• Gather actionable medical insights and competitive intelligence
• Provide expert scientific support to sales, marketing, and other internal stakeholders
• Handle medical inquiries
• Collaborate with Head Office Medical Affairs team and align with strategic needs
• Ensure compliance as per UCPMP guidelines
• Facilitate Real World Evidence (RWE) initiatives, post-marketing surveillance studies, IIS, and other applicable studies

QUALIFICATION:
• BDS

EXPERIENCE:
• 3 to 6 years relevant experience in medical affairs.

SKILLS:
• Strong knowledge of cardio-renal-metabolic therapy area
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Ability to provide scientific support and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Compliance awareness and ability to manage field-based medical responsibilities
