• Engage with thought leaders and physicians in the oncology therapeutic area
• Execute medical affairs plans, including medical education, product education, and medical evidence generation
• Provide scientific expertise on oncology-related topics to physicians, pharmacists, and hospital managers
• Conduct disease trend analysis and collaborate with teams to develop the medical affairs strategy
• Participate in advisory boards, medical meetings, and pre-license activities
• Support clinical development programs and provide medical input for product strategies
• Represent Dr. Reddy's in external scientific platforms and with key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines, company policies, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with commercial teams to integrate insights into product development and marketing
• MBBS with a full-time post-graduate qualification of at least 2 years in any medical discipline or MBBS with an MBA from a reputed institute
• Fresh postgraduates or up to 2 years of experience in field-based Medical Affairs, specifically in Oncology
• Strong academic background and deep knowledge of oncology therapeutic areas
• Expertise in research methodologies and medical data interpretation
• Excellent communication and scientific acumen to engage with leading specialists
• Ability to collaborate and work in a matrix environment with cross-functional teams
• Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
