Recreation Therapist

Roles and responsibilities:
• Develop and curate training materials, case scenarios, and activities based on recreational therapy practices
• Train AI systems on therapeutic concepts including sports, arts, music, relaxation techniques, and social engagement
• Review and annotate AI outputs to ensure clinical accuracy, empathy, and adherence to approved therapeutic methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert patient care scenarios into structured AI training data
• Evaluate AI performance and recommend improvements to enhance understanding of therapy interventions
• Document findings and communicate therapeutic concepts clearly to technical stakeholders
• Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in recreational therapy to refine AI capabilities

Qualification:
• Professional experience as a Recreational Therapist in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, or nursing facilities
• Strong expertise in therapy program planning, patient assessment, and activity modification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach

Experience:
• Prior experience developing individualized treatment plans and conducting therapy in clinical environments
• Experience in integrating technology with healthcare is a plus

Skills:
• Ability to observe, analyze, and document patient participation and outcomes
• Strong planning, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Proficiency in translating therapeutic concepts into structured AI training data
