About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Design and execute research projects in biologics and mRNA therapeutics aligned with R&D strategy
• Develop and optimize bioprocesses for therapeutic proteins, mRNA vaccines, and biologics
• Work with mammalian and microbial expression systems
• Perform analytical method development and product characterization (identity, purity, potency, stability)
• Support scale-up activities from lab to pilot scale, including TFF, chromatography, and formulation
• Collaborate with upstream, downstream, and analytical development teams
• Stay updated on advancements in biologics, mRNA platforms, and regulatory guidelines
• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and regulatory-compliant documentation
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or related field
Experience
• 0–2 years of hands-on experience in bioprocess or biotherapeutics research
• Exposure to mRNA technology and vaccine platforms (protein subunit, viral vectors) is an advantage
Skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Good understanding of biologics and mRNA development workflows
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
