Radiology Nurse (Remote)

Role & Responsibilities
• Create and answer complex radiology case-based and diagnostic reasoning questions
• Review AI-generated radiology reports for accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance
• Analyze and rank AI model outputs to identify reasoning gaps and factual errors
• Provide structured expert feedback to improve AI diagnostic logic and imaging interpretation
• Ensure clinical soundness, patient safety, and scientific rigor in all evaluations
• Contribute to continuous improvement of AI models used in medical imaging

Qualification
• Medical degree (MD, DO, MBBS) or equivalent with radiology experience
• Training from an accredited medical or radiology program
• Valid government-issued ID from country of residence

Experience
• Hands-on clinical experience interpreting diagnostic imaging
• Experience with MRI, CT scans, X-rays, and ultrasound
• Practicing or recently practicing radiologists, fellows, or radiology residents preferred

Skills
• Strong radiology and diagnostic reasoning expertise
• Excellent analytical and clinical evaluation skills
• High-level written English proficiency for technical feedback
• Ability to identify clinical inaccuracies and unsafe recommendations
• Comfort working independently in a remote, contract-based role
