About the Role

Role & Responsibilities
• Review pharmacovigilance case processing for accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance
• Perform quality checks and identify gaps, deviations and trends
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, global PV guidelines and defined TATs
• Maintain quality metrics, reports and compliance documentation
• Provide feedback, mentoring and training to case processing teams
• Support audits, inspections and continuous improvement activities


Qualification
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D


Experience
• 3 – 5 years in pharmacovigilance case processing or quality review


Skills
• Strong understanding of PV regulations and SOP compliance
• High attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good documentation and reporting ability
• Effective communication and mentoring skills
