Quality Digital Transformation Senior Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities
• Lead the planning, execution, and governance of corporate quality improvement and digital transformation initiatives with defined KPIs and measurable outcomes
• Oversee implementation, enhancement, and sustainment of digital quality platforms including eQMS, LIMS, and automated workflow systems
• Drive harmonization, simplification, and risk-based optimization of quality processes across all business units and manufacturing sites
• Partner with IT, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to ensure seamless integration, validation, and lifecycle management of digital systems
• Introduce and govern AI-enabled quality applications such as predictive analytics, automated deviation trending, and intelligent document search
• Enhance corporate training management systems and document management processes to improve usability, compliance, and knowledge retention
• Develop dashboards and data models to provide real-time insights, structured decision-making, and strengthened quality governance
• Apply advanced statistical tools (Minitab, JMP, etc.) for trend analysis, CAPA effectiveness monitoring, process capability studies, and investigations
• Drive change management, stakeholder engagement, and capability building to ensure adoption and sustainability of transformation initiatives
• Prepare governance reports, risk heat maps, and transformation KPIs for senior leadership and corporate forums

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Master’s degree preferred
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications are an advantage

Experience
• 10+ years of experience in Pharmaceutical Quality, CSV, and Data Integrity
• Demonstrated experience in quality improvement, digital transformation, or enterprise-level programs
• Hands-on experience with eQMS, LIMS, and validated digital quality systems

Skills
• Strong understanding of AI applications in pharmaceutical quality and predictive analytics
• Expertise in GMP, ICH, ISO standards, and regulatory expectations for digital systems
• Advanced data analysis and visualization skills using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Proficiency with statistical software for quality investigations and process analysis
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and change-management capabilities
