About the Role
Role & Responsibilities – Quality Control (QC)
• Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product analysis using HPLC, GC, UV/IR, dissolution, and related techniques
• Conduct stability studies, method validation, and handle OOS/OOT investigations with proper documentation
• Execute virology and microbiology testing including PCR/qPCR, RT-PCR, viral infectivity assays (plaque, TCID50)
• Perform sterility testing (membrane filtration/direct inoculation), bioburden, microbial enumeration
• Carry out endotoxin testing (LAL/BET – kinetic, gel clot, chromogenic)
• Prepare media, perform growth promotion testing, and qualification activities
• Maintain compliance with GMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements
Role & Responsibilities – Quality Assurance (QA)
• Handle deviations, change controls, OOS, OOT, and CAPA activities
• Manage QMS documentation, risk assessments, and APQR activities
• Perform IPQA activities including line clearance, in-process checks, and BMR/BPR review
• Ensure GMP documentation, data integrity, and compliance across manufacturing and packing
• Support sterility assurance, validation, and qualification activities
• Participate in internal audits, inspections, and regulatory readiness
Qualification
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience
• 2–12 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance
• Injectable or vaccine manufacturing experience preferred
• Exposure to regulated environments (WHO-GMP / USFDA) is an advantage
Skills
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, aseptic techniques, and regulatory compliance
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments and microbiology/virology techniques
• Good documentation, investigation, and audit readiness skills
• Ability to work in shift-based manufacturing environments
