Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA)

Roles & responsibility
- For Quality Control (OSD)
• Perform sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Carry out analysis using instruments such as HPLC and GC
• Conduct stability studies, method transfer, method validation, IP and FP testing
• Ensure accurate documentation of test results and analytical records
• Follow GMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines during QC activities
• Support investigations, OOS handling, and laboratory compliance requirements
- For Quality Assurance (OSD)
• Perform in-process quality checks (IPQA) during manufacturing operations
• Review batch manufacturing and batch packing records
• Conduct line clearance activities for OSD production lines
• Investigate deviations and support CAPA implementation
• Assist in internal, external, and regulatory audits
• Ensure adherence to GMP, SOPs, and quality standards

Qualification
• B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc. for QC and QA positions

Experience
• Quality Control: 1 to 7 years of experience in OSD formulation
• Quality Assurance: 2 to 7 years of experience in IPQA or QA operations
• Experience in regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments preferred
