Quality Control - Officer / Sr. Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Perform quality control analysis of OSD / API products as per approved specifications and test methods
• Conduct testing of finished goods (FG), stability samples, AMT, AMV, and raw materials (RM)
• Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV, Dissolution, and other laboratory equipment
• Prepare and standardize reagents, volumetric solutions, and reference standards
• Review analytical data, chromatograms, and calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GLP, and data integrity (ALCOA+) principles
• Maintain proper documentation of test records, analytical worksheets, and laboratory logs
• Investigate Out of Specification (OOS), Out of Trend (OOT), and laboratory deviations
• Participate in method validation, verification, and transfer activities
• Monitor stability studies and maintain stability chambers as per protocols
• Support internal audits, regulatory inspections, and customer audits
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and laboratory housekeeping standards
• Coordinate with QA, Production, and other cross-functional departments for quality-related matters

Qualification:
• M.Sc / B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) / M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy)

Experience:
• 2–8 years of experience in FG / Stability / AMT / AMV / RM analysis

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures in OSD / API
• Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (HPLC/GC/UV/Dissolution)
• Familiarity with GMP documentation and regulatory compliance
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a structured laboratory environment
