About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory standards
• Operate laboratory instruments and quality control equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality guidelines
• Assist in documentation, calibration activities, and stability studies
• Support quality assurance processes during training at the Center of Excellence (CoE)
• Post-training deployment at Ipca locations based on performance and suitability
Qualification
• B.Sc (Chemistry)
• B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy)
• Diploma in Pharmacy or related field
• ITI / 12th Pass with Science background
Experience
• Freshers only (Passed out between 2023–2025)
• Immediate joiners preferred
Skills
• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical quality control processes
• Understanding of GMP and GLP guidelines
• Laboratory handling and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset
• Willingness to undergo training and relocate if required
