Quality Assurance - Asst. Manager / Executive / Sr. Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
• Handle media fill studies and ensure compliance with aseptic validation requirements
• Manage equipment qualification activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)
• Ensure adherence to GMP and regulatory standards in sterile manufacturing
• Review batch manufacturing records and validation documents
• Support audit preparation and regulatory inspections
• Coordinate with Production, QC, and Engineering teams for quality compliance
• Maintain documentation as per SOPs and quality systems

Qualification
• B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience
• Asst. Manager: 8–10 years of relevant sterile QA experience
• Executive / Sr. Executive: 3–6 years of relevant sterile QA experience

Skills
• Strong knowledge of media fill validation and aseptic process simulation
• Experience in equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)
• Good understanding of GMP, regulatory guidelines, and sterile compliance
• Strong documentation and audit-handling capability
• Leadership and team management skills (for Asst. Manager role)
