Quality Assurance Associate

Roles & Responsibilities
• Assist in tracking planned and scheduled audits within the Enterprise Quality Management System (EQMS)
• Update audit schedules, calendars, and trackers as requested by QA management
• Support audit and inspection readiness by gathering required documentation (training records, org charts, etc.)
• Assist auditors during customer audits and regulatory inspections by providing follow-up information
• Enter, update, and maintain audit-related data in the EQMS
• Maintain, file, and archive Quality Assurance documentation in compliance with company procedures
• Perform additional QA-related duties as assigned
• Support cross-functional teams to meet quality and compliance timelines
• Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%)
• Works under close supervision with detailed instructions for day-to-day tasks and new assignments

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field preferred)

Experience
• Minimal experience in a healthcare, clinical research, or regulated environment preferred
• Freshers with relevant exposure may also be considered

Skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic SharePoint usage
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good documentation and record management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Cultural sensitivity and ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
