Roles & Responsibilities

Quality Control (OSD)
• Perform analysis using KF, Potentiometer, GC, HPLC, and IC instruments
• Analyze raw materials, APIs, excipients, stability samples, and finished products
• Handle laboratory software such as Chromeleon, LIMS, etc.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and internal quality standards

Quality Assurance (OSD)
• Manage Quality Systems including Change Control, CAPA, Deviations, Market Complaints, FAR, and Recall through Caliber QAMS
• Lead investigations related to OOS, OOT, deviations, recalls, and complaints
• Prepare and review Quality Risk Management documentation
• Ensure compliance with cGMP/GxP standards and regulatory requirements
• Review validation protocols and reports, equipment qualification and calibration documents
• Create and maintain BMR/BPR masters in SAP

Production & Packing (OSD)
• Handle granulation, compression, coating, and packing operations
• Manage primary and secondary packing activities
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, and safety guidelines during manufacturing
• Ensure production efficiency and quality compliance

Qualifications
• M.sc / B.Pharm – Quality Control & Quality Assurance
• Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc - Production & Packing

Experience
• Quality Control / Quality Assurance: 2 to 6 years
• Production & Packing: 2 to 8 years
