QA, Production and Packing

Roles & Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance (IPQA/QMS)
• Handle change controls, deviations (planned/unplanned), CAPA, and investigations
• Manage internal and external audits using Trackwise software
• Issue and retrieve GMP documents, ensuring compliance with SOPs
• Review BMR/BPR, process validation reports, in-process testing, sampling, and line clearance
• Work with SAP, Trackwise, and related systems for documentation and reporting
Production (Oral Solid Dosage)
• Operate and supervise compression, coating, and granulation processes
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and GMP during production
• Perform online documentation in BMRs and logbooks
• Troubleshoot granulation, coating, and compression machines
• Support process optimization and ensure production efficiency
Packing (CVC/Labeling)
• Operate and monitor primary/secondary CVC packing lines
• Perform troubleshooting, area cleaning, and challenge testing
• Handle track and trace, serialization activities, and cleaning processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs during packing operations

Qualification:
M.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Sc (Supervisor); ITI / Diploma (Operator)

Experience: 1 to 7 years
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of GMP, QMS, SAP, Trackwise, audit management, and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of OSD manufacturing, GMP compliance, troubleshooting, and production documentation
• Knowledge of packing line operations, GMP, serialization, troubleshooting, and documentation
