About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with regulatory and internal requirements
• Maintain QA documentation to ensure traceability and audit readiness
• Review analytical raw data of finished products and raw materials for accuracy and compliance
• Verify internal and external calibration certificates and supporting records
• Ensure proper documentation of Environmental Monitoring records and daily calibration logbooks
• Issue, review, and control QA forms, formats, registers, and analytical data
• Assist in preparing internal audit schedules as per ISO 17025:2017 requirements
• Participate in internal audits and management review meetings
• Review audit trails and electronic data to ensure regulatory compliance
• Promote and maintain data integrity principles (ALCOA+) and ISO 17025 laboratory standards
• Support continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
Qualification
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science / Pharmacy or related field
Experience
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance
• Experience in laboratory, analytical testing, or pharmaceutical environment preferred
Skills
• Strong knowledge of ISO 17025:2017 standards
• Understanding of data integrity principles (ALCOA+)
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
• Strong analytical and compliance-oriented mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and proactive approach to quality systems
