Role & Responsibilities

• Work in morning, evening and night rotational shifts

• Recruitment of study subjects

• Obtain written informed consent from parents/guardians

• Prepare drugs under laminar flow for neonatal clinical research

• Prepare and manage equipment required for study interventions

• Collect and maintain clinical and research data

• Coordinate with paediatric and ICU clinical care teams

• Support the Principal Investigator in project-related research activities

• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Principal Investigator

  Qualification

  • Graduate in Pharmacy (minimum 3 years) with 3 years of experience
    OR

  • Postgraduate Degree in Pharmacy / Nursing
    OR

  • B.Sc Nursing with 3 years of Clinical / ICU experience

  • 
    

    Experience

    • Experience in neonatal or paediatric clinical/ICU setup prefer

    • 
      

  Skills

  • Neonatal / paediatric clinical handling skills

  • Drug preparation under laminar flow

  • Working knowledge of data entry and computers

  • Research data collection and documentation

  • Coordination and communication with clinical teams

  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
