Work in morning, evening and night rotational shifts
Recruitment of study subjects
Obtain written informed consent from parents/guardians
Prepare drugs under laminar flow for neonatal clinical research
Prepare and manage equipment required for study interventions
Collect and maintain clinical and research data
Coordinate with paediatric and ICU clinical care teams
Support the Principal Investigator in project-related research activities
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Principal Investigator
Graduate in Pharmacy (minimum 3 years) with 3 years of experience
OR
Postgraduate Degree in Pharmacy / Nursing
OR
B.Sc Nursing with 3 years of Clinical / ICU experience
Experience in neonatal or paediatric clinical/ICU setup preferExperience
Neonatal / paediatric clinical handling skills
Drug preparation under laminar flow
Working knowledge of data entry and computers
Research data collection and documentation
Coordination and communication with clinical teams
Ability to work in rotational shifts
