Job Description

The Project Technical Support III will assist in conducting pre-clinical experiments, molecular investigations, and in vitro laboratory studies. The candidate will work closely with research teams in handling laboratory animals, performing cellular and molecular assays, compiling experimental data, and contributing to scientific reports and manuscripts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-clinical investigations including handling of small laboratory animals (mice and rats)
• Perform in vivo toxicity and efficacy analysis
• Carry out molecular investigation of biological samples
• Perform primary cell isolation and in vitro mammalian cell culture studies
• Conduct Flow Cytometry-based analysis
• Perform Gut-Barrier dysfunction assays
• Conduct gene expression and protein expression analysis

• Compile, analyze, and interpret experimental data
• Assist in preparation of project reports and scientific manuscripts

Required Qualifications
