Project Nurse II

Role & Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients enrolled in research projects
• Assist doctors and research staff during clinical procedures
• Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and study documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols
• Support follow-up visits and data collection activities
