Project Associate I

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Follow up with patients enrolled in the project and coordinate their treatment
• Collect, enter, and verify patient data accurately
• Liaise and coordinate with other centers involved in the study
• Ensure compliance with study protocols and data management requirements
• Assist in the preparation of reports and project documentation
• Support the Principal Investigator in day-to-day project operations
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards while interacting with patients

Qualification:
• B.sc Nursing or Bachelor of Pharmacy

Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of clinical or research experience
• Experience in clinical trials, oncology, or GCP training is desirable

Skills:
• Fluency in Tamil (speaking, reading, and writing) for patient interaction and consenting
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Duration: 1 year (extendable)
