📌 Strategic Leadership

• Identify high-demand medical & healthcare programs

• Design scalable, market-driven education models

• Define KPIs, budgets, and growth roadmaps

• Continuously optimize programs for scale and sustainability

📚 Academic Excellence

• Collaborate with Academic Heads & Subject Matter Experts

• Ensure globally aligned, practical, and industry-relevant curriculum

• Maintain academic integrity and outcome-driven learning

🎤 Thought Leadership & Visibility

• Conduct webinars, workshops & live sessions

• Represent Academically on digital platforms

• Mentor doctors exploring global and non-clinical careers

🤝 Cross-Functional Ownership

• Work with Marketing, Sales & Tech teams

• Drive launches and go-to-market strategies

• Track learner outcomes, engagement, and program impact

✅ Ideal Candidate Profile

• MBBS (Mandatory) | MD preferred

• BDS / MDS / PharmD also eligible

• MBA / MPH (added advantage)

• 0–5 years experience (Clinical / Academic / Program roles)

• Strong business mindset & startup adaptability

• Comfortable on camera & public platforms

• Passionate about mentoring and education innovation
