📌 Strategic Leadership

• Identify high-demand medical & healthcare programs
• Design scalable education models
• Define KPIs, budgets & growth strategy
• Build and optimize programs for long-term sustainability

📚 Academic Excellence

• Collaborate with subject matter experts
• Ensure globally aligned, industry-relevant curriculum
• Maintain academic quality & learner outcomes

🎤 Thought Leadership

• Conduct webinars & live sessions
• Represent Academically on digital platforms
• Mentor doctors exploring global careers

🤝 Cross-Functional Execution

• Work with Marketing, Sales & Tech teams
• Drive launches and program growth

✅ Ideal Candidate

• MBBS (Mandatory) | MD preferred
• BDS / MDS / PharmD also eligible
• MBA / MPH (advantage)
• 0–5 years experience
• Strong business mindset
• Comfortable on camera
