Production (Trainee & Experienced)

Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute production and packing operations for parenteral products (IV fluids – vials, bags, ampoules, bottles)
• Operate and monitor Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) technology-based manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
• Handle quality system documentation including CCN, CAPA, deviations, and investigations
• Support remediation activities and corrective/preventive action implementation
• Maintain production records and ensure adherence to SOPs
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations

Qualification
• M.Sc, B.Pharm (Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy) or M.Pharm (Master's degree in Pharmacy)

Experience
• 0 to 2 years of experience preferred in parenteral manufacturing
• Experience in vial, bag, ampoule, or bottle (glass/plastic) manufacturing via BFS technology preferred
• Freshers with relevant academic background are encouraged to apply

Skills
• Knowledge of sterile manufacturing and parenteral operations
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory compliance
• Familiarity with CAPA, deviation handling, and quality documentation systems
• Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Good coordination and teamwork abilities
