Production & Quality Control (Pharma)

Roles & Responsibilities
Production – Operators
• Operate and monitor equipment for vial filling, autoclave, vial washing, and compounding processes
• Perform media fill and visual inspection activities as per SOPs
• Ensure adherence to sterile manufacturing and aseptic practices
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and documentation accuracy
• Follow GMP, safety, and hygiene protocols within sterile areas
• Support troubleshooting and routine equipment checks
Quality Control – Executive / Senior Executive
• Perform testing and analysis of pharmaceutical products as per specifications
• Conduct inspection and documentation in compliance with GMP standards
• Ensure accurate recording of analytical data and report preparation
• Support stability studies and routine QC activities
• Maintain laboratory instruments and follow calibration schedules
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards

Qualification
• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) / M.Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) (Relevant field preferred for Executive roles)

Experience
• 2–6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• Experience in sterile injectables, vial operations, or related sterile manufacturing areas preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of GMP and sterile manufacturing practices
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and contamination control
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with safety protocols and cleanroom procedures
• Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, compliance-driven environment
