Production Pharmacist Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day solid dosage manufacturing activities in compliance with cGMP and HSE guidelines
• Ensure execution of weekly production plans and smooth process flow
• Supervise, coach, and train supervisors and operators on manufacturing operations
• Prevent mix-ups and cross-contamination during production
• Handle validation activities, new projects, and SOP creation/updation
• Review batch manufacturing records and report deviations
• Monitor utilities, machines, and environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure)
• Ensure cleaning, line clearance, and equipment readiness as per QA-approved SOPs

HSE Responsibilities
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with HSE policies
• Apply machine safety checklists and conduct risk assessments
• Monitor waste management, ergonomics, and first-aid readiness
• Report, investigate, and support corrective actions for incidents and near-misses

Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences

Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical production (Solids preferred)

Skills
• Strong knowledge of GMP & GDP
• Good communication and presentation skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Problem-solving and project-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure with agility and adaptability
