Production - OSD

Roles & Responsibilities
• Operate and manage nasal manufacturing processes in compliance with GMP standards
• Handle compounding vessels including preparation, monitoring, and routine maintenance
• Perform Cleaning in Place (CIP) and Sterilization in Place (SIP) operations
• Execute production activities as per batch manufacturing records
• Maintain process control and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines
• Maintain effective communication across shifts for smooth operations

Qualification
• Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) in relevant disciplines

Experience
• 3–6 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Hands-on exposure to nasal manufacturing processes preferred

Skills
• Strong knowledge of compounding vessels, CIP & SIP systems
• Good understanding of GMP and production documentation
• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in OSD or similar production environments is an added advantage
