About the Role
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Operate and manage granulation, compression, coating, pelletization, and capsule filling processes
• Handle and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment as per SOPs, BMRs, and GMP guidelines
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance during production activities
• Maintain proper documentation and batch records
• Support smooth execution of manufacturing operations within timelines
Qualification:
• ITI / Diploma / Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) / Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Experience:
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in OSD production
Skills:
• Knowledge of OSD manufacturing processes
• Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and BMR documentation
• Equipment handling and troubleshooting ability
• Team coordination and time management skills
• Quality and compliance awareness
