Production Officer

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee granulation, compression, and coating operations to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes
• Ensure strict adherence to Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at every stage
• Maintain accurate online documentation, including batch records, logbooks, and in-process check (IPC) records
• Monitor production activities to meet quality standards, yield targets, and timelines while complying with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance and Engineering to resolve any process deviations promptly
• Participate in equipment cleaning, line clearance, and batch readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with GMP and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives

Qualification:
• B.Sc/M.Sc or B.Pharm/M.Pharm in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related discipline

Experience:
• 1–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with granulation, compression, and coating operations

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of production processes for tablets and OSD formulations
• Proficiency in following BMRs, SOPs, and maintaining detailed production documentation
• Familiarity with in-process checks (IPC) and online batch recording
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to quality and safety
• Experience in regulated pharma environments is preferred
