Production (Injectable)

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle manufacturing skids, Fedegari autoclaves, isolators, and lyophilizers
• Manage vial washing, tunnel operations, vial/ophthalmic/PFS filling, and aseptic filtration
• Operate FFS, CIP/SIP systems, filters, microsphere refiner, and active freeze-drying systems
• Execute manufacturing and QMS activities as per SOP guidelines
• Ensure compliance with aseptic practices and good documentation practices (GDP)
• Maintain batch records and adhere to GMP standards

Qualification:
• ITI / Diploma / B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Experience:
• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in injectable manufacturing

Skills:
• Knowledge of aseptic manufacturing processes
• Understanding of GMP, GDP, and QMS requirements
• Experience with sterile filling and freeze-drying operations
• Equipment handling and troubleshooting skills
• Documentation accuracy and compliance awareness
