Production Head

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end production operations in the pharmaceutical manufacturing facility
• Plan, schedule, and monitor production activities to meet quality, safety, and output targets
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
• Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to achieve operational excellence
• Coordinate with quality control, quality assurance, and R&D teams to ensure product standards
• Optimize production processes, implement efficiency improvements, and troubleshoot operational issues
• Prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and present production performance to senior management

Qualification:
• B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related field

Experience:
• 15–16 years of experience in pharmaceutical production management
• Proven track record of handling large-scale manufacturing operations

Skills:
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of cGMP, regulatory requirements, and pharmaceutical production processes
• Ability to drive process improvements and maintain production quality standards
