About the Role

Roles & Responsibilities
• Execute aseptic filling operations for biologics including vial filling and sealing
• Perform production planning and ensure adherence to batch schedules
• Operate and monitor equipment such as lyophilizers, depyrogenation tunnels, HPV steam sterilizers, and filling lines
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities including filter integrity testing
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and QMS requirements
• Perform in-process checks and maintain batch documentation
• Support environmental monitoring and aseptic area compliance
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams for smooth operations
• Handle deviations, incidents, and ensure proper documentation

Qualification
• M.Sc / B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) / B.Tech (Biotechnology)
• Any Pharmacy Degree
• ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate (for Operator roles)

Experience
• 1–9 years of experience in biopharma or sterile manufacturing environment
• Experience in aseptic filling, lyophilization, and sterile production preferred

Skills
• Knowledge of cGMP and aseptic manufacturing practices
• Hands-on experience with filling equipment and sterilization systems
• Strong documentation and compliance orientation
• Ability to work in controlled cleanroom environments
• Good teamwork and coordination skills
