Production Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
• Perform plasma fractionation and downstream processing activities as per approved SOPs
• Handle critical bioprocessing steps including purification, separation, and recovery of plasma proteins
• Monitor production parameters and ensure consistent process performance
• Maintain batch manufacturing records and ensure accurate documentation
• Follow cGMP, biosafety, and regulatory guidelines during manufacturing operations
• Support cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of production equipment
• Identify, report, and support investigation of deviations, OOS, and process issues
• Coordinate with QA, QC, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production operations
• Support process improvements and compliance initiatives in manufacturing
• Maintain production areas in an audit-ready condition

Qualification
• M.sc in Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Microbiology OR
• B.E. / Btech in Biotechnology

Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in biopharmaceutical production
• Hands-on experience in plasma fractionation or downstream processing is mandatory
• Freshers are not eligible for this drive

Skills
• Knowledge of bioprocessing and plasma protein manufacturing
• Understanding of cGMP and regulatory requirements
• Strong documentation and compliance skills
• Ability to work in controlled manufacturing environments
• Team-oriented with attention to detail
