Production - API Manufacturing

Roles & Responsibilities
• Distribute allocated production activities among available manpower
• Monitor critical process parameters and maintain targeted production rates
• Verify quality of raw materials before charging into reactors
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements
• Report quality concerns and recommend process improvements to supervisors
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth batch execution
• Maintain accurate batch documentation and production records

Qualification
• B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or
• Diploma in Chemical Engineering

Experience
• 1–5 years of experience in API / Bulk Drug / Pharmaceutical manufacturing

Skills
• Knowledge of API production processes
• Understanding of cGMP and EHS compliance
• Good documentation and shop floor management skills
• Strong coordination and communication abilities
